Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the software applications, APIs, and digital services operated by NETHUB DUKEL, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Authorized Platform Use

Users are authorized to access NETHUB DUKEL platforms strictly for legitimate business operations:

Credential IntegrityMaintain absolute confidentiality of account credentials and authentication tokens.

System ComplianceRefrain from any activity that disrupts infrastructure throughput or security protocols.

Legal AlignmentComply with applicable local and international commercial regulations.

Intellectual Property

All codebases, proprietary algorithms, design tokens, trademarks, and documentation associated with NETHUB DUKEL platforms remain the exclusive intellectual property of NETHUB DUKEL.

Subscriptions & Fees

Platform subscription fees, transaction processing rates, and software licensing tiers are billed according to executed client agreements and displayed schedule terms.

Limitation of Liability

NETHUB DUKEL platforms are provided on an enterprise-grade basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NETHUB DUKEL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
